We make the perfect tiles for your home
The Process: We select premium white-body clays (such as kaolin), feldspar, quartz, and fine silica. Exact proportions are weighed to ensure structural integrity, high density, and low water absorption.
Key Equipment:
Precision Electronic Batching Scales: For measuring raw minerals down to the exact gram.
Silo Storage Systems: Hermetically sealed units to keep raw materials dry and contaminant-free.
The Process: Raw components are blended with water and crushed with ceramic media into a liquid mixture called slip. The slip is fed into a spray dryer where hot air evaporates moisture, transforming it into a fine, free-flowing powder with optimal moisture content.
Key Equipment:
Continuous Ball Mills (with Alumina Pebbles): For ultra-fine wet grinding.
Industrial Atomizer / Spray Dryer: To turn liquid slip into uniform press-ready granules.
The Process: The dry powder is automatically loaded into steel molds and compressed under immense tonnage. This removes trapped air and forms a solid, dense "green tile" (bisque) ready for structural bonding.
Key Equipment:
Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Presses (e.g., KEDA or Sacmi): Delivering thousands of tons of compaction force to eliminate internal voids and maximize hardness.
The Process: Molded tiles pass through continuous dryers to safely extract residual moisture without warping. Once dry, advanced digital printers apply high-resolution textures, marble veins, or custom patterns, followed by a protective liquid glaze.
Key Equipment:
Horizontal/Vertical Roller Dryers: For controlled, gradual moisture removal.
High-Definition Inkjet Ceramic Printers: To apply rich, photorealistic surface designs.
Glazing Lines & Waterfall Applicators: For uniform protective coatings.
